Driven by a commitment to excellence and an eye for detail, Miriam oversees every aspect of operations, ensuring that each guest’s journey is nothing short of extraordinary. Whether it’s a private island escape, a luxurious city tour, or a cultural exploration in remote destinations, O'Destinations offers unparalleled experiences that reflect Miriam's dedication to quality, refinement, and bespoke luxury.

When not overseeing the operations, she can be found exploring new destinations and in the company of her mini Dachshund, Nino.

A background in one of the industry’s premier’s hotel and resort brands has provided a solid foundation based in luxury hospitality. Tajhira excels in crafting innovative marketing strategies. She thrives on blending her love for exploration with her creative instincts, continuously seeking innovative ways to engage travelers worldwide. Beyond her professional endeavors, Tajhira actively is actively involved in philanthropy and always saves extra room in her luggage for two or three books.

Enrique De La Torriente

Director of Sports Travel

A lifelong athlete and passionate tennis player, Enrique De La Torriente brings energy, firsthand experience, and a genuine love of sports to his role as Director of Sports Travel at O’Destinations.

His passion for tennis extends well beyond the court. As an avid player and dedicated fan, he understands what makes attending the world’s greatest sporting events so memorable, from the atmosphere inside the stadium to the destinations that surround them.

Working alongside the O’Destinations team, he helps clients plan seamless sports-focused journeys, whether they’re traveling to Grand Slam tournaments, international competitions, or once-in-a-lifetime sporting events around the world. His enthusiasm for the game, combined with O’Destinations’ decades of luxury travel expertise, ensures every itinerary is thoughtfully planned and tailored to each traveler’s interests.

Due to her globetrotting, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to clients when curating bespoke adventures.

An industry veteran with more than 25 years’ experience in hospitality, Claudia has the five-star touch. Her vast knowledge of Europe & the Americas has been carefully cultivated at luxury hotels and resorts around the world. She brings these impeccable credentials, and a passion for travel, to her clients.

Her extensive management experience extends across diverse segments - corporate, leisure, Meetings & Events, Luxury Travel Trade, Retail Luxury Companies, and commercial teams focused on the M&E segment in the USA, Mexico, Dominican Republic, and Latin America, in addition to leading the B2B sales and strategy for the Americas region in Corporate, Leisure, Mice & Consortia. Claudia defines and implements sales & marketing strategies for the USA & Canada for all segments. This particular set of skills has served her well in representing brand awareness at the Luxury Travel Trade in Americas.
